The thesis · One substrate
Seven products. One account.
Every Sayuk product reads from the same canonical layer — one identity, one family graph, one address book, one consent ledger, and a WhatsApp-native notification mesh. Built once. Used across the whole portfolio.
01 / The substrate spine
One line. Seven products draw off it.
The spine is the shared substrate. Each node is a real product, wearing its true state — loudest first: shipping, then live, then alpha. We don't inflate the ladder.
- 01 Tend hms.sayuk.cloud Clinic + GST pharmacy, live in a real hospital. Shipping
- 02 Edge trading.sayuk.cloud Systematic F&O, our own capital, real money. Live
- 03 Tax tax.sayuk.cloud Free ITR filing, Zerodha .xlsx to valid XML. Live
- 04 One one.sayuk.cloud The unified surface over the whole suite. Live
- 05 Pact pact.sayuk.cloud Savings circles and a trip splitter. Alpha
- 06 Shield shield.sayuk.cloud Family health vault, consent per relation. Alpha
- 07 Trove trove.sayuk.cloud Neighbourhood marketplace, masked identity. Alpha
02 / What runs underneath
Five shared rails. Built once.
A new product doesn't start from zero — it inherits the substrate. That is why two engineers can ship seven products and have each one make the next faster to build.
- 01
Identity
Verified once. The same login signs in everywhere — no seven signups.
- 02
Family graph
Add a parent, child or guardian; they confirm. Every product reads it by consent.
- 03
Address book
A place is a primitive — a clinic, a home, a counter — shared across products.
- 04
Consent ledger
Every cross-product access is logged. Who saw what, when, under which grant.
- 05
Notification mesh
One WhatsApp-native spine reaches the person where they already are.
03 / How it gets built
No venture round.
Two co-founders. Real customers.
India has a quiet majority of small operators — the children's hospital in a district town, the diagnostic lab in a market street, the clinic on the second floor. They run on Excel, WhatsApp groups and ageing whiteboards. The SaaS written for the top of the market doesn't fit their reality: too costly, too English, too cloud-only on networks that flicker.
Sayuk builds the tools that do fit. One product at a time, on a shared substrate, multi-tenant from day one, WhatsApp-native, and honest about what is shipping versus still early.
