Alpha Sayuk Pact

A binding ledger for the circles you already run.

Your friends, your monthly savings circle — without the spreadsheet. Track who has paid, settle the round's math, and hold everyone to the same arithmetic. Sayuk Pact never touches your money — every transfer runs through your own UPI or cash, offline.

A binding ledger, in five steps

Track the round.
Settle the math.

A savings circle is an agreement between friends. Sayuk Pact holds the agreement to its own arithmetic — who bid, who won, who has paid, and what each person owes next — without ever moving a rupee.

  1. 01

    An organiser opens a circle

Pick the monthly contribution, the number of members, and the maximum pool discount. Share a 6-character invite code only with people you personally know.

  2. 02

Members join and acknowledge the terms

Every joining member confirms the basics: this is a private group between friends, the app never handles money, and it is not a chit fund.

  3. 03

Each round, eligible members bid a discount

Members who haven't won yet submit the discount they'd accept off the full pool to take this round's payout. The highest discount wins the round.

  4. 04

Members settle offline; the ledger records it

Each member pays the winner by UPI, cash, or bank transfer. The ledger shows who has paid and who hasn't — the transfer itself happens outside Sayuk Pact.

  5. 05

The bonus binds back to everyone

The discount the winner accepted is divided equally and netted off every member's next contribution. The ledger holds everyone to the same arithmetic.

Trip splitter

One trip. One bill.
Everyone settled.

A weekend away with six friends, one of you fronting the hotel and another the cab. Log every expense as it happens; Pact nets it down to the fewest transfers and tells each person exactly who to pay.

  • Add an expense, pick who shared it — equal or custom split.
  • Pact minimises transfers — three settlements, not eighteen.
  • Mark a settlement paid; the ledger closes it. Money stays offline.

We don't collect, hold, or transfer your money. We don't accept deposits. We don't promise returns. We are not a chit fund and we don't operate under the Chit Funds Act, 1982. Sayuk Pact is a private, binding ledger for the circles you already run with friends.
