Why we're building Sayuk.

Devendra Reddy and Raja Sri — two engineers in Hyderabad. We started Sayuk after watching India's neighbourhood clinics, labs and small operators run on paper, WhatsApp and goodwill, with no software that actually fit their reality.

No venture round. Two co-founders. Real customers.

01 / The two of us

We've shipped everything together.

Devendra Reddy

Co-founder · Product + Engineering

Builds the products and writes the code. A multi-vertical builder by temperament — seven products live today on one shared substrate, with the conviction that every new product makes every existing one stronger.

Raja Sri

Co-founder

Co-builds and stewards the long-arc thinking. Two people, no investors, no ad budgets — each product reaches its real users on its own quality, none of them gated behind the last.

02 / The conversation behind it

In our own two voices.

  1. I wanted to see whether two people could ship a clinic, a pharmacy, an F&O book and a tax filer on one substrate — without raising a round first. The answer is yes: Tend is running a real hospital today.
    Devendra
  2. We don't draft the next product until the last one has real users. That discipline is the whole strategy. Slow, considered, durable — and every product makes the substrate richer for the one after it.
    Raja
  3. Honest about state is not a marketing line. Tend is shipping. Edge and Tax are live. Pact, Shield and Trove are in alpha, and we say so — on the home page, in the footer, here. A visitor always knows what is real.
    Devendra
  4. India's small operators run on devotion — Excel, WhatsApp, goodwill. They are one good tool away from a better day. We're building that tool, for how the work actually happens, not for a Bay Area abstraction.
    Raja

03 / What that's produced

Seven products, honest states.

Built for the businesses that run India and the person who lives in it — each wearing its real state, loudest first.

If you run a clinic, a lab or a counter — or you're a developer who wants to build something honest with us — write.
